Each package includes a total number of hours of mentoring you get across the total of 3, 4 or 6 months.
This mentoring must be used by the end of the payment plan and can be booked in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Co-working days are an affordable way to get motivated, get support and spend a solid block of time on YOUR business.
On a Co-Working session, everyone logs into Zoom, we run short-n-sharp sessions and then everyone works on their business. We all stay logged in, and work away together, Anyone can ask questions when they get stuck.
You'll be surprised how productive you'll be working this way.
The first two hours of each Co-Working Day will be focusing on basic work like navigating the guide, working out which order to do things, creating your packs of templates, branding your docs, and collating your client list.
The second two hours of each Co-Working Day will be focusing on advanced work like pricing your packages, rolling out your marketing strategy, promoting your services to new clients, sales and onboarding processes.

The templates and learnings included in the STP Project represent over 100 hours of work. Keeping templates and portals up to date requires a lot of maintenance, such as;
So for a very low fee of $300+GST we can't service this level of support. If you want updated templates in the future you would need to purchase the next version of the package when it gets released, or purchase some mentoring time or co-working days to troubleshoot your issues.
Standard, Premium and Professional plans make a financial contribution towards our ongoing maintenance costs by paying an ongoing fee to have access to changes as we make them.
It's a schedule/plan for posting on social media, including photos, text and everything you need to tell your clients on social media about STP Packages, dates and offerings.
Using PandaDoc or Practice Ignition, we set up your authority docs for you*. This allows you to send your docs for signing electronically, track their status, and set reminders.
PandaDoc is US$15 per month for unlimited clients and can send any kind of docs that need signatures, like engagement letters, employee welcome pack, auth docs and more. It can't create payment pans or direct debits, but you can use it to create the initial invoice in Xero and take payments via Integrapay.
Practice Ignition is AU$99 per month for 25 Clients and can only send auth docs and engagement letters. It can set up payment plans, take direct debits and reconcile to Xero invoices.

We set up your forms so you can send them out and collect data electronically via Airtable.
Airtable has a free and paid version (US$20 per month). It can be used for forms, organising data and checklists.
The only advantage of the paid version is that it allows you to add custom logos and photos to forms, change the wording on the submit button, and remove Airtable branding.
If you use the free version you can't add logos, but we can embed the form into a page on your website for you.
We only have instructions and templates for Xero and QBO, however they can be easily adapted if you use other software. You'll have to do a bit of extra homework to complete this yourself.
We may add these in the future if there is enough demand, and Standard, Premium and Professional plans would be sent these updates at the time.
